Zerocom Properties main objective is to join purchasers and lessees with property owners, through an effective marketing strategy, and create a platform for direct negotiations between the parties involved and save sellers and lessors huge amounts on consultant's commission.

Purchasers and lessees must simply complete a contact form and a basic portfolio of requirements. Zerocom Properties will then, through a sophisticated electronic marketing strategy, alert all relevant purchasers and lessees by means of SMS and E-Mail with contact details of the property owners. Zerocom Properties will also provide sellers and lessors with advice, contracts, for sale, to let and on show boards to ensure the best and most successful way of property marketing.

The Seller (Example)

John wants to sell his property for a net amount of R750 000. Estate consultant Peter is working for the recommended commission of 7,5% which amounts to R56 250. The direct effect is a marketing amount of R806 250.

If John sells his property through Zerocom Properties he will only be liable for an advertising fee of R2 500 which will result in a marketing amount of R752 500.

John's direct saving is R53 750.

The Lesssor (Example)

John wants to let his property for an amount of R5 000 p/m. Estate consultant Peter is working for the recommended commission of 10% p/m which amounts to R500 p/m. The direct effect is a commission amount of R6 000 within 1 year.

If John lets his property through Zerocom Properties he will only be liable for an advertising fee of R1 500 once-off per year.

John's direct saving is R4 500 p/a.
